MD Shimanto is a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science at Tuskegee University, pursuing an M.S. in Information Systems and Computer Security. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from BRAC University, Bangladesh. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and healthcare applications of AI. His current research focuses on applying computational and data-driven methods to biomedical and clinical data, with a particular interest in understanding complex disease mechanisms and developing interpretable approaches for disease risk prediction.
